Engines Direct sent me out a copy of their Engine Buyer's Guide. The Guide was fantastic - it explained in simple English what my options were and explained a lot of the terminology that is used in the industry. They also took into account that as a tradesman I needed my Ford Courier Ute for work and that I was desperate to get it back. Engines Direct sent me a written quotation and being an RACQ Approved Repairer gave me peace of mind knowing that I was dealing with a reputable company.
